The texture of Alpro’s flavoured milks is in my opinion the best out there, it’s so rich and thick. Super smooth and nicely #creamy! I have nothing bad to say about it.
The taste is a bit odd to me, if I’m being honest but not in a horrible way either. Alpro’s #vanilla flavour is very artificial tasting to me and this is no exception. It is a prominent flavour that to me feels a bit too heavy and plasticy , so if you’re a vanilla fan this one is for you! I am the type of person that never really find any food to be ‘cloying’ but drinking too much of this can border on that for me. It’s luckily decently #sweet and nice though! The #soy is felt but it’s very much in the background.
It is great when used in baked goods and desserts. Another tip: try mixing vanilla and chocolate milk together! It’s very good.
It is #palmoilfree, #nutfree and #glutenfree. The #milk is fortified with calcium, B12, B2 and D2 vitamins. Certified vegan and the carton is #recyclable.
💵~46 NOK at Spar. One of Alpro’s priciest milks and definitely not affordable.
Not my go-to straight from the bottle but it has amazing uses and I purchase it occasionally
