This consisted of creamy gluten-free mac with spicy queso, salsa verde, ingenious one-of-a-kind signature savory, seasoned, tender cauliflower taco “meat”, black beans, pico de gallo, and chip crumbs.  It was innovative, hearty, and satisfying.
