Plant Paneer? Brilliant!
Texture isn't quite as dense as paneer, it's a bit more spongy, think it's wheat protein based.
Very tasty and original dish. Loved the soft naan, all the dressings and garnishes. Sauce was so packed with flavour.
Purchased this dish at this year's VCO, they have a mobile food truck, but are Leicester based and do takeaway and delivery.
