Review of vegan block - Applewood by katchan

This was honestly so nice. And like when it's cold it's almost like a jelly lol. But it does tastes real nice and close to coagulated baby cow fluid. I used it in my sandwich and it turned out very nice. :)) along with the plant chef vegan "pork bellies" and some spinach. :3
