I don’t purchase frozen fruit very often, but when I do, I really enjoy it and wonder why I don’t do it more often. 

President’s Choice frozen strawberry slices are incredibly delicious. The strawberries are plump and vibrant in color. As it should be, there’s only one ingredient - strawberry slices! They’re an excellent source of fibre.

I used the strawberry slices in a muffin recipe, but the muffins didn’t rise. I think there was too much moisture in the thawed slices. It certainly did not affect the taste. See the 4th photo.

I used them again in a Baked Pancake recipe (see the last photo). This recipe worked out so well and it was very easy to prepare. It was like having cake for breakfast, with PC plant-based butter and No Name corn syrup on top. See the last few photos. I would certainly do this again.

President’s Choice frozen strawberry slices (and their frozen fruit, generally) are priced at a premium. I would definitely buy this again when on sale.
