Sisig at Vedya Siargao — airi1997's Review (Sep 9, 2023)

This sisig is made of chickpeas and wheat as per the menu. I guess they mushed the chickpeas and mixed them with wheat, then fried them.
I would probably ask them to set the soy mayo aside next time, but the taste was very good!
