#locallysourced

✅ Once again a visit to #KFC, this time with @sepecha we took a bucket filled with 10 pieces of #veggets (#vegan nuggets), a bucket of #fries, accompanied by #ketchup as usual.

✅ Whenever you place an order like this, there is a #sauce added to it. This is very persistent, as it cannot be deducted in any way, and with its presence the price increases. I've complained a lot that the sauce isn't vegan and the #plantbased offering doesn't make much sense, since milk is still used. Fortunately, the employees were very friendly and it was easy to work out with them that instead of Kentucky Gold, we would receive #SweetChili with our order, making the set 100% vegan 🌱

✅ I really savored the offer, it's just a shame that this chain still hasn't opened up to vegan dishes and most of the #meatless products still have other kinds of zoonotic products in them. I hope for positive changes in the future.

animalsvoices Are they fried in the same place where animal corpses are fried? Reply
catle In Poland it doesn't work that wayReply
animalsvoices Do they use separate fryers? Lucky you!Reply
catle This is common in U.S; but many or most of countries (Australia, Great Britain, including Poland) make fries separately from chicken1 likeReply
animalsvoices And vegan nuggets too?Reply
catle They're made of soy, cereals and spicesReply
animalsvoices I mean if they're fried separately too. I would never trust Fast food restaurants such as KFC, Burger King or McDonald's.Reply
catle Actually the world is changing so is the offer. The good side of McDonald's is that you can select ingredients of fast food, salads, etc. Only shakes are still non-vegan because they have only one production method. I've never tried Burger King tho so I won't say anything about it, I don't have any experienceReply
