I love the taste and consistency of these falafels! They’re convenient and could easily be done in an air-fryer too. I love having these with some tabbouleh and hummus. Perfect now that the weather is warming up ☀️.
Tip: Always cook these from frozen. If you cook them whilst defrosted they could start breaking apart 😑.
