Saquitos de Puerro at Plat a PlatValentina's Review (Sep 2, 2023)

Leek “dumplings” filled with #tofu , #dried tomatoes, #raisins and #eggplants, over a #plantbased cheese bed. The amount of the cheese compared to the rest was a little overestimated maybe haha.
It was a delicious appetizer, with an good mix of flavours and textures.
This vegan restaurant in the heart of Mallorca was quite a surprise 💚
