Yoghurt alternative with #coconut milk and #coconutwater.
Taste is good! At 92% coconut it obviously tastes a lot of coconut. It isn’t the super overpowering kind however so you can still pair it with a lot of foods, if you like coconuts of course. It doesn’t have much of that tangy flavour I associate with #yoghurt. It has a tiny bit of added sugar, but it doesn’t taste like a dessert yoghurt at all. It’s enough that I wouldn’t recommend it for savoury recipes however.
It is smooth, and has a very silky and pleasant consistency that I really enjoy. It feels #creamy and rich. It’s on the thick side but not as thick as the greek yoghurt alternatives out there.
It is #palmoilfree, #soyfree, #glutenfree and #nutfree. The packaging is #recyclable and it is marked as vegan.
💵~38 NOK for 400g. It is slightly more expensive than the Alpro yoghurt I usually buy.
I do like this and would probably repurchase!
