Great nachos! These come with a butternut queso, vegan crema, guac, jalapeños, black beans, and some quinoa “chorizo”. They have a pretty unique flavor—the queso and crema are slightly tangy, with a lightly #fermented taste. They aren’t hot and melty like you’d expect. The sauces are more chilled, but still delicious. A warning that this dish is super filling. Every time I order it before my entree, thinking I’m hungry enough to eat it all, I get full very quickly. So it’s best to have a few people to share it with.

I always have a good meal at Bar Verde! The people are very nice and don’t rush you out like at other NYC restaurants. Great vibes.
