A butternut & chilli soup. Really tasty, and really filling too. Good for a few dinners.
Bol is a vegan range of ready meals, soups, one pot wonders. Smoothies too. They’re one of the better ones around here I find. They focus on bringing out the already awesome taste of plants. They also rely on wonky veg to reduce food waste. Good stuff.
