Review of Mac and cheese at Golden Dinosaurs Vegan Deli by aubreyj27

this mac was a good decision. there are many basic macs, but i thought this one was a little bit unique! i loved the large shells and i felt like it had a different cheese flavor than i usually see in vegan mac (although i don’t know exactly what cheese that was). additionally, the cheese was very well-textured and didn’t get stuck in my throat (no glue texture!!). there was some extra shredded cheese and what i think were chopped jalapeños mixed in, two add ins which i felt actually added a lot to the mac, despite only being small pieces.
i really liked the golden dinosaur take on a classic mac n cheese, and i’d recommend giving it a try!
