Review of Cuban sandwich at Golden Dinosaurs Vegan Deli by aubreyj27

this cuban is a MUST-TRY!!! (unless you do not like mustard)

i loooved this sandwich. between the mustard, pickles, and two totally different types of meat, i cant even choose what my favorite part is! the sandwich was large and i was happy with the serving size. i thought the pulled jackfruit and the mojo pork seitan provided two vastly different textures and flavors that worked very well together in the sandwich. the seitan was high quality as well!
i really also loved the amount of mustard on the sandwich. i am a huge mustard fan and i felt like they were gracious with the mustard on this sandwich.

as somebody who enjoys trying different restaurants’ takes on the same type of sandwich, this has to be one of my favorite cubans!
