Review of mushrooms risotto with fried tofu at Ekerum Golf & Resort AB by giuliawally

If you ask for a vegan menu they’ll do that. The risotto was very tasty and creamy, they could add some flavor or spices to the tofu, they are clearly not used to cook it. But overall a very nice dish.
