We enjoyed this baked empanada filled with cream cheese, sautéed carrots and onions.
Each empanada comes w/ choice of salsa-
Ají Verde, Ají Armarillo or Pebre.
This empanada can be served hot or par-baked for you to heat up at home. Par-baked empanadas will last 5-7 days in the fridge.
Highly recommend trying all the empanadas from Epif!
