Loved the Empanadas here!
This baked empanada filled with soy crumble, onion, mushroom, “egg,” olives, and raisins (vegan, nut free). Each empanada comes with a salsa.
Salsa choices are:
Ají Verde: green chile peppers, cilantro, tofu, lime, olive oil
Pebre: Tomato, onion, anaheim pepper, cilantro, garlic, lemon
Ají Amarillo: yellow chile and bell peppers, apple vinegar, sugar in the raw
