I’m not sure why it took me so long to try these, but when I saw them on offer at #sainsburys , I knew it was time. They absolutely stink while cooking but it’s worth it for the taste. It only took 8 minutes on the stove to get this nice charring on these sausages. I added water about 4 minutes in to cooking to de-braise (I think that’s what it’s called) the pan and get the juices really working in there. I have a migraine, I’m not sure what I’m trying to say 🤣
These were great and I’ll definitely buy them again. Meaty, smoky, YUM!
