Fried Eggplant with Spicy Soy Meat Chilli Sauce ピリ辛大豆ミートの麻婆なす at Plant-based Tokyo — jessskh's Review (Aug 26, 2023)

This place is located in a food hall in Shinjuku. It is 100% vegan and had lots of dishes that I wanted to try! On this visit, I got several small dishes. This one was the aubergine in spicy soy meat sauce. It tasted as I expected it to and was really satisfied with it as I love all the ingredients inside. I would usually want to pair this dish with rice but because I knew I was getting a few other side dishes, decided against it. It was priced at ¥660 which is what every other side dish of this size is priced at.
