Margherita Vegan at Pizzium - Genova Corso Sardegna — Laura's Review (Aug 25, 2023)

🇮🇹Avevo moltissime aspettative su questa pizza, ma diciamo che non mi ha stupita più di tanto.
La pizza era sottile al centro, cosa che adoro, ma i bordi erano molto alti e quindi non sono riuscita a finirli, il che è un peccato.
La mozzarella invece è la Dream Farm, io personalmente l’ho trovata un po' insapore, un po' sciapa.
Poi lasciamo stare il fatto che sia abbastanza costosa per essere una margherita.
Non la mangerei di nuovo, non è malvagia ma non mi ha convinta, ne ho provate di molte migliori.

🇬🇧I had a lot of expectations about this pizza, but let's say it didn't surprise me that much.
The pizza was thin in the center, a thing that I love, but the edges were very high so I couldn't finish them which is a shame.
The mozzarella, on the other hand, is from Dream Farm, I personally found it a bit tasteless, a bit bland.
Then let's forget that it's quite expensive for a margherita.
I wouldn't eat it again, it's not bad but it didn't convince me, I've tried many better ones.
