Pad Sew

This was a creditable Pad Sew. Thai Zone is a Thai Express competitor with many locations but seems to only exist outside Montreal. Did Thai Express push Thai Zone out? I guess it’s a cheap Thai chain turf war! Exciting. Anyway, compared to the Thai Express version of Pad Sew, this one actually has vegetables and tofu that doesn’t taste like rubber. Make sure to hold the egg to make it vegan
