This passionfruit #cake from Delcie's was the absolute bomb dot com. My family had gotten it for me to surprise me on my veganversary 🥺
Just a couple days ago we had eaten Delcie's rocher cake on my cousin's birthday, and that was already so good that we didn't think we could have anything better, but we were wrong! Somehow the #passionfruit cake managed to be even more delicious than the previous cake.
This cake had by far the most unique flavor profile I’ve ever experienced. The passionfruit added an exquisite tang and tartness that balanced the sweetness of the cake perfectly. The texture of the cake and frosting was so fluffy that my mouth felt like it was on cloud 9; this is probably what heaven feels like 🤤
Overall, this cake totally made my day and I couldn’t have possibly asked for a better surprise on this special occasion. I really wish we had Delcie’s in the US!
