Review of Nasi Lemak Burger at Privé CHIJMES by aishahalattas

This has got to be the most mammoth giant burger I’ve ever had. Veggies, thicc chickn patty, two pieces of vegan otah and a piece of vegan omelette. They managed to squeeze in some sort of thousand island like sauce in there too. First of all, super impressed on how they managed to find vegan substitutes for so many components, and not only that, but the substitutes were GOOD. I was blown away by the chickn patty as it was marinated to taste exactly like the chickn you’d get in nasi lemak. The attention to detail with the sides too - vegan anchovies and spicy sambal were the perfect complement. Could barely eat the fries after I was done with the burger as it was so filling. And this cost me $19 which is by no means cheap, but they could’ve charged way way more especially if I compare it to other vegan burgers on the market that are half the size and effort. Kudos to Prive for their creativity and constantly pushing the boundaries of what vegan food can be! 😍
