Plain #tofu! No mention about the firmness of it on the packaging but it has 70% soy and the rest is water.
Taste is as you’d expect, it has that mild taste of soy. A great and simple product for any marinade or spices you’d like!
The texture is good. Pretty firm and dense. Easy to slice and kept its shape very well. A little spongey which I find nice. Got a nice crisp to it when fried in a pan.
The product is #palmoilfree, #glutenfree and #nutfree. Recyclable packaging and the brand is #climateneutral. The soy used is #organic for those of you that care about that.
💵~42 NOK at Kiwi. I have seen some plain tofus that cost a lot more than this, so this seems like ok value. 270g but also available in 480g.
