Soil is a ONE MICHELIN star & a GREEN MICHELIN star restaurant, which DOES NOT have a la carte menu, only the tasting one (not vegan originally), which the chef is happy to creatively adjust to a fully plant based diet.
It has ~15 tiny courses, all extremely beautiful, introducing unique flavor combinations and textures. Super talented interpretations of their classic dishes such as OYSTERS (sucking from the silver shell) and CAVIAR (tapioca pearls).
One of a kind life experience, which is not about fulfillment or enjoyment, but rather thinking and learning!
