Non amo particolarmente la torta Sacher, quindi per me non è una grande perdita non poterla mangiare qui a Vienna. Ho trovato e assaggiato per puro caso questa torta al cioccolato in un bar molto vicino al celebre Hotel Sacher e ne sono stata decisamente sorpresa. Come si può intuire dal nome, è una torta al cioccolato: pan di Spagna al cioccolato e farcia al cioccolato. Semplice e buonissima 🤤
