Love the option to create a customizable vegan bowl. I usually get a rice bowl, but wanted to be a little healthier. You can choose between #kale or #lettuce for the base. Vegan #protein options include #chickpeas, #cauliflower, or #potato (or a mix of two for an additional $3 😊). You can then add up to 5 veggie or bean options and a sauce - vegan #chipotle or vegan #harissa. It is a #greatvalue at $10.99 as you get so much food - I usually split it between two meals!
