Part 2 of my Korean kitchen staple review! This soybean paste is ridiculously easy to use and made for a comforting stew (Doenjang Jjigae) that warmed my insides during Norwegian winters. An additional benefit is the fact that it is filled with probiotics from its fermentation process!
