As someone who lovesss both okra and pickles, this made for such a delightful snack!! I could see myself eating the whole jar in one sitting lol. A lot of people don’t like okra because of the slimy consistency it sometimes has depending on how it’s prepared,— I personally don’t mind it when it is like that, but if that’s something that bothers you I noticed that isn’t the case for these okra pickles. They have a satisfying crisp crunch and the flavor of pickles without the slimy texture.
