Review of Coliflor al Horno at Olé Olé Tapas Bar & Restaurant by whatrebeccaeats

Honestly, 5 out of 5 stars is not enough for this dish. You know when you just can’t stop thinking about a food you’ve eaten? This is it for me. This dish is oven baked cauliflower in Southern Spanish spices, topped with a Quince syrup, and toasted almonds. The taste is sweet but you are hit with so many different flavours. Cauliflower is so versatile and it’s just amazing what some people can create with it. This is by far one of the best dishes I have eaten at a restaurant in such a long time.
