Plenty of plant-based options to customize your bowl at the daily cut. The cold soba noodles were great for the hot weather. Went well with my choice of baby trumpet mushrooms, Thai basil tofu, baked tempeh, chopped walnut and passion fruit vinaigrette dressing (not in pic). #salad#soba
