caesar salad at Ethos Vegan Kitchen — aubrey :)'s Review (Aug 5, 2023)

this is a classic and authentic caesar. complete with croutons, tomatoes, and a delicious dressing, there was not anything to complain about with this salad. i liked how the tomatoes were sliced, and the salad was dressed enough so that there was enough dressing but it wasn’t totally slathered. the croutons were nice and crunchy, and the lettuce was fresh. i enjoyed the taste of the caesar dressing. there is not much more to ask for!
