Delicious and decadent New York style cheesecake by Daiya!! I never was a cheesecake fan before transitioning to a plant 🌱 based lifestyle and glad we got to try it out! We truly enjoyed enjoyed this and even more topped with fresh strawberry 🍓 slices! A dessert to enjoy now and again or on special occasions as it’s very high in #fat #lowinsaturatedfat #sodium and #sugar!!!
Crust is perfect crumbly texture and mingles well with the dense creamy cheesecake!

I won this in a IG threads giveaway! Was a nice Friday night dessert 🍮 after a long rough week!
