SU5 Bô Kho Chay at Hang's — papilio's Review (Aug 3, 2023)

They make everything from scratch, very friendly. Lots of vegan and gluten free options. They label wherever they source ingrediants, including the veggies, herbs and tofu. They're working on a new menu with even more vegan options. Apparently that'll launch in about two months.
The soup was huge and for CHF 26.- a good deal. It was filled with fresh veggies and herbs. They added three drifferent types of tofu. One was curried, one was fried with a skin that reminds of "duck", and one was flavoured a bit like "fish". You can choose between yellow and rice noodles. I tried the rice noodles.
