Dublin was worse than I thought for vegan options, but this place had a couple good ones. These #pancakes were really satisfying, maybe even a bit heavy. The pancakes themselves were super fluffy and thick, and they were topped with both baked and fresh #apple and a lot of #peanutbutter, crushed #nuts and some compote. They end up being a little stodgy, so make sure to have some coffee and water to help them go down! A juicier fruit as a topping would maybe help balance the textures.
