I love the heat this Korean chili pepper flakes brings. It's a staple spice in my pantry. All the brands pretty much taste the same to me, but I've been working away at this 1lb bag for some time now. Just refilled my spice jar today!
In the third photo, I used it as part of my seasoning for this spicy baked tofu & carrot crumble on jasmine rice. I often use it alongside gochujang (Korean red chili pepper paste). I love the vibrant red colour they both add to dishes!
