Review of Pizza Margherita at Pizzium - Via Buonarroti by recipesandplaces

Tried this pizza margherita with vegan mozzarella. It was alright, nothing special. I wish the mozzarella was cut in small cubes because it this way there's huge chunks of it. The taste of the mozzarella was quite neutral, I didn't love it.
