Yishensu then. This Chinese vegetarian place at least clearly marks the menu for vegan friendliness, even if they don't indicate which ones are not vegan by default but which could easily be made so 😐

Like this #sweettooth pleaser of a dish, which I would've been so gutted to miss out on 😬 I thought it might have been that the #pumpkin sauce contained milk, but in fact it was simply that this is an egg tofu dish. So just swap those for the tofu puffs which you see here, and you're good! 😃 A thick and creamy affair with delicious #mushrooms to boot, definitely finds the secret door to my heart 😇
