Review of Gebratene Nudeln mit Gemüse at Vietnamesisches Restaurant Huy by dinaaa

This restaurant was a great find in Furtwangen. They have a lot of vegan options but do make sure to ask as they don’t use a vegan symbol on the menu.

The dish I got was great! It was a good quantity of noodles for the price and, as seen in the photo, came with a carrot butterfly that I thought was super cute and will have to try and copy. The noodles were definitely well fried and salted, so probably not the healthiest, but when I order fried noodles healthy isn’t really what I’m looking for anyway. They were super yummy and the veggies only added to the taste, never made it worse. I like things salty, but for people who are more on other end of the spectrum I do think it likely it would be too much salt.

We went back the following day because we so enjoyed our meal here!
