Beyond Dan Dan Noodles at V Revolution — dinaaa's Review (Jul 26, 2023)

I would say this dish was just okay. The noodles seemed a bit soft with no real chew or spring, and overall there wasn’t much flavor aside from the spice. I also found it a little hard to stir everything together in the bowl it was served in (as seen in the photo the noodles and sauce are presented separately) and did wish it came pre-mixed. Overall not bad but just a little disappointing. I also wish they’d serve to-stay orders in reusable dishes rather than disposable, though I know that adds a whole extra element in the kitchen!
Next time I’m going back to the Lo Mein for a sure thing.
The staff, same as last time, were very nice.
