Review of Spinach & Tomato Quiche - Higgidy by sushruth

This quiche tastes great. Crust is not too firm. Filling has a strong taste of tomato and spinach (which I love). Even though it doesn't look big, it is very filling. One quiche can easily serve 4 with an average appetite. It has quite a bit of fat in it, not great amounts of protein. So, nutritionally not the best. If you can balance it with a healthy salad, it makes a nice meal. I got it at a reduced price, possibly worth the price considering it serves 3-4.
