If you come to Amsterdam you have to try this small oasis of peace right next to the NEMO Museum. It is all vegan and gluten-free. This is a sandwich with pumpkin, shiitake mashroom, salad, soy sprout, tofu and a lime mayo. It was original and absolutely delicious.
