I thought this tasted pretty bland, mostly just like tomato sauce. There was a good amount of veggie chicken, but again, it tasted very plain.
I love gardein products but wasn't a fan of this one. I don't usually buy microwavable meals either but thought I'd give this a try as it seemed like a "healthy" quick meal based on the nutritional profile (second photo).
Got this for $3 at the Grocery Outlet but wouldn't repurchase again.
