I liked this noddle dish a lot. These were the very wide rice noodles which were delish. Had a very strong Thai basil flavour. As well as tofu, carrots, red peppers, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, murhsrooms and baby corn. If you don’t like a ton of spice, this is a good dish to get
