I ordered this #vegan #macandcheese because I wanted to try something different. I would normally prefer a cheesier mac & cheese, but it was still tasty and I enjoyed the added #italiansausage and grilled #portobello #mushrooms. The #caramelized #onions, and #peas both added some nice texture & flavour too. With the additions, it was quite expensive at over $30 though.
