Whole Braaied Aubergine at Gigi Rooftop Restaurant & Bar at the Gorgeous George Hotel — carmz's Review (Jul 19, 2023)

This dish had a whole lot more chickpea stew than aubergine.

Bits of vegan feta, flaked almonds & sultanas were cute.

I enjoyed the different textures and the two flatbreads it came with was good but overall an average warm meal on a cold winters night.
