There are better brands out there for dried apricots. I prefer mine untreated with sulfur dioxide as i don’t care about color retention. I’d rather they be plump and soft. But these can be rinsed and rehydrated, of course. They’re fine for cooking, and as a snack — dried fruit is glorious enough on its own that it doesn’t have to be pressed into fruit bars to be a great snack.
