The taste is ok. The flavor is subtle and can pass for a hot dog especially if dressed like one. However I’m not crazy about the texture. It’s dense and gelatinous like. I would rather eat a hot dog made with a vegan sausage with a better texture that is not supposed to emulate a hot dog. I would probably not repurchase nor crave this.
