I’m a big fan of seitan and these cubes by Franklin Farms are perfect for a quick meal!
I prepared a simple salad 🥗, heated up some precooked rice quinoa mix and airfryed some of these cubes for a few minutes. Sliced them and added to my plate! So so good! I could see myself using this for tacos! Lightly seasoned with garlic 🧄 and tasty 😋!

These are a little high in sodium 🧂 depending on how many you have but I truly love having these kind of options on hand for when in a pinch for time!
