Spinach Sweet Potato Lasagne at Austral Hotel — Jessica Wright's Review (Jul 12, 2023)

This was a special item, not on the regular menu which has a lot of vegan options. It was a huge serve and very filling. At first taste I was suspicious of it being vegan but it definitely was. I wasn’t expecting a meatyness to it but it had some sort of tvp or mock meat that was very realistic. Overall a good hearty pub meal.

Definitely recommend this pub it’s super vegan friendly for a country town and even has vegan desserts!
